Empowerment of the Producer Associations in Rabak locality, White Nile State

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing agricultural productivity and strengthening community resilience, SOS Sahel through the Challenge Fund’s Track 2 Small Grant mechanism extended support to the Awlad Zarieba Association in Alkwahla Village, Rabak locality, White Nile State by providing the following:

  • Four (4) hand tractors
  • Planters
  • Ploughs

This support aims to improve land preparation, planting efficiency, and overall agricultural output for farmers in rain-fed areas. By equipping community associations with appropriate technologies, the SIPRA Project strengthens inclusive partnerships and promotes sustainable rural development.

SOS Sahel Sudan remains committed to empowering smallholder farmers and advancing community-led solutions that contribute to food security and improved livelihoods across Sudan.
